What to Expect During Your Session

Your session at CellRegen Lab in Boca Raton is designed to be effortless, restorative, and easy to prepare for. Here's exactly what happens, from the moment you arrive to how you might feel afterward.

A note before you book: the Human Regenerator Jet Bed is a wellness tool, not a medical device. It's designed to support your body's own processes and should complement, not replace, guidance from your doctor.

1. Get Comfortable

You'll lie fully clothed on the Human Regenerator Jet Bed in a private, quiet room. The experience is non-invasive and requires no prep.

For the best results, we recommend wearing 100% cotton or another natural fiber. Polyester and other synthetic fabrics can block the flow of electrons to your skin, so natural fibers help you get the most out of your session.

2. Placement of Applicators

Small, stainless steel contact applicators are placed on your hands, feet, or a targeted area of concern, such as the knees, back, or shoulders. These are what ground you to the bed and deliver the flow of electrons to your body.

Our bed is resurfaced with Essentia's Beyond Latex organic foam, certified organic and infused with informed quartz for enhanced conductivity, so you're getting both a more comfortable session and a more effective one.

3. The Session Begins

As the system activates, you may notice a soft hum or a gentle tingling as Cold Atmospheric Plasma and negative ions surround your body. Most clients describe the sensation as relaxing.

4. Relax and Recharge

Over the course of your session, typically 40 minutes, you simply relax while the therapy works at the cellular level. Many clients meditate, nap, or treat it as quiet time.

5. After Your Session

You may notice a sense of lightness, clarity, or energy afterward, though many clients find the benefits build over time with regular sessions.

Frequently asked questions

What does it feel like?

The therapy is painless. Most clients notice a light crackling sound and a gentle tingling as the plasma activates, along with a soft, cool airflow and sometimes a faint, fresh scent. Some feel warmth or grounding, while others feel very little during the session but notice the benefits afterward, like improved sleep or energy.

How often should I come in?

For most goals, we recommend starting with one to two sessions per week, especially if you're supporting healing, energy, or inflammation. Maintenance sessions can be less frequent once your body has found its rhythm.

Who is this best suited for?

This therapy is a good fit for:

  • Anyone feeling run down, fatigued, or inflamed
  • People recovering from illness, injury, or surgery
  • Athletes and high performers supporting faster recovery
  • Anyone managing everyday stress
  • Anyone looking to support healthy aging and immune resilience
Who should check with us first?

CAP therapy is not recommended for anyone who is pregnant or any person with an electronic implant, including pacemakers, implanted hearing aids, or implanted pumps, since the plasma may interfere with the device. If you have an implanted medical device, let us know before booking so we can advise accordingly.
